Master Your Mental Game: Sports Psychology for Elite Performance

You train your body—but your mind keeps getting in the way. Pressure, self-doubt, or inconsistency can limit performance, even when preparation is solid.

I specialize in Applied Sport Psychology, partnering with athletes to build trust, emotional regulation, and mental resilience so your performance reflects your true ability.

I get sports and the mind. The relentless pursuit for greatness and dogged approach to excellence is one of the things that makes us thrive as athletes. It’s also the thing that can be our undoing.

When it feels like we are reduced to our time, place, number, or stats, our mental health can suffer. Also, what happens when we quit our sport, age out or become injured? What about when we feel like our teammates or coach doesn’t like us?

Sports psychology is a field that looks at how psychology affects sports. It studies how our minds can impact our athletic performance, exercise routines, and activity levels.

As a former NCAA Division 1 Ivy League athlete, current competitive athlete, and athletic administrator and wellness coach at a college, I understand how sports can improve our health and well-being, both physically and mentally. I also understand how it can compromise our feelings of self-worth, self-respect and enoughness.

I don't just help professional athletes; I help regular people who exercise. Using psychology, I help people enjoy sports, stick to regular exercise and training schedules, and live more fulfilling lives while simultaneously supporting their mental health.
