About Regina Curry, MSC, LPC, CSP
Hi! I'm Regina
I’m so glad you’re here. It takes a lot of courage to look into getting the help we need, and even though we haven’t met yet or started our journey together, I know you are bold and curious, and looking to make things better.
I believe I can help.
I am a professional counselor and therapist specializing in helping people whose lives look pretty good on the outside but don’t necessarily feel so great on the inside. That was me for a long time, so I get it. There’s no shame in this experience, and yet that’s exactly what we feel. I work with people to release self-limiting beliefs and ways of being so we can get to the good stuff–the life you’re meant to live.
And to do this best, I offer something others don’t—A Concierge Approach to Mental Health.
Progress doesn't happen only during a 50-minute session. My practice offers a high level of specialized, concierge support to ensure your growth is continuous.
What this means for you:
Direct access to me between appointments for questions and check-ins.
Continuous support through personalized session notes, homework, and curated resources.
Mental health shouldn't be an every-other-week effort. I provide the consistent partnership you need to create lasting change, because your progress shouldn't wait.
How my passion developed
I didn’t start out as a therapist or counselor. My first degree is in Architecture. I went to a big, fancy, Ivy League name brand school, so I believed I needed the career to match. Except I didn’t. I knew I wanted to help others and being a counselor felt like the right move for me, but you know what felt more right? Not being broke. So I took the first step in not listening to myself and worked in a lucrative industry I was highly skilled in, but didn’t love.
My passion developed only after I started listening to my inner knowingness that told me I was meant for greater things. This is true for many of us, and we often have to get it wrong to get it right. This is part of the growth process.
How I live out my passion as a therapist
I learned to navigate life independently because I lacked the support and belief from others. They projected their own self-limiting beliefs onto me, trying to protect me from disappointment. While their actions were loving and well-intentioned, it wasn't helpful. I craved a vibrant existence, rich with purpose and the power to positively influence others. Determined to transcend expectations, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery, becoming my own staunchest advocate. Now, my passion is to help others achieve the same self-discovery without the unnecessary struggle and heartache.
How I help others
You are unique, so your care should be too. No cookie-cutter, paint-by-numbers therapy here.
To be real. To be honest. To challenge the ways we have done things in the past. To do them better in the future - this is what I am about. I help make the unclear, clear. This is my gift, and I’d be honored to share it with you!
The foundation of my practice
While my passion for this work comes from my own journey of listening to my "inner knowing," my approach is grounded in rigorous clinical training and multi-disciplinary expertise. I believe that providing a concierge level of care requires a commitment to continuous learning at the highest levels.
